I am interested in how a persons "will to live" effects their
health.
I am interested in geriatric exercise physiology as a form
of both preventive and corrective medicine. (85 years old - Strength up
300%, Bone Density up 20% IQ up 20 points all after only eight weeks of
supervised conditioning.) Stop putting folks in homes to wait for them
to die.
I am interested in the epidemic of Fatal Sedentary Disuse
Syndrome among teens and its effects on cardiopulmonary health - specifically
the arterial blockage seen in young adults around 19 years of age usually
not seen until late 30s. Give them a standard of physical ability to reach
for.
I am interested in the establishment of National Basic Physical
Ability Standards for Public Service ( police-fire-E. M. T.-disaster response
) there are none at this time.
I am interested in thermal detoxification for the removal
of cadmium, lead, mercury, excess sodium, excess cholesterol, complex carcinogens,
and other toxins (by sweat analysis ) using an oxygen enhanced, thermal
regulated, humidity controlled, cardiac monitored, core body temp cycled,
chamber of my own original design.
I am interested in preventive habits and advanced preventive
technology such as diagnostic motion-strength profiling ( a system of personalized
diagnostic/prescriptive exercise for 30 min. one time per week with documented
results of my own design ) to detect and correct proportional and bilateral
muscle strength-motion range imbalances and prevent Fatal Sedentary Disuse
Syndrome and all of its symptoms.
I am interested in the role of dietary fiber in cholesterol
removal by simple surface adhesion from bile. It turns out that the greatest
source of dietary cholesterol is from our own bile! ! ( Clue- what are
gall stones made of? )
THAT is the sum total of my current understanding of preventive
illness care.
( If healthcare is the name of taking care of illness symptoms
then illness care must be the name for taking care of health symptoms.
